Exceptional Customer Service Experience Creates Genuine Connection

Earlier this morning, 

I had an excellent experience at a business in the South. 

For this recording, it does not matter what the business was. I'm not concerned with saying the business name, or the business type. 

What I care about for this recording is the excellent customer service, the excellent way that I felt when I did business in the location.

I had an interaction with about three employees at the business. 

All of them made me feel comfortable. 

There was one that stood out, that talked to me, that gave me information about the business, that even did two or three videos with me and explained the information. 

As they were explaining the information to me, or began to explain the information, I asked, may I video this? They said, sure.

It was great. I felt welcomed. I felt that my baby boomer quirks were not a big deal. At the end, they asked, was I coming back with the little one? I said, yes. I mentioned that I hang out a lot and I make recordings. They said something to the effect of, "that's okay, you're at home".

When those words were said, the feeling that went through me was unspeakable. 

The feeling that went through me was pure joy. There really are not words with how I felt because the energy was true energy. 

The person wasn't saying it as a pitch. They really felt that way. I think the business owner has a diamond in this employee.
